Meen ma ye7besh Mrmr?
Mrmr is a brave Egyptian single young lady – in her thirties. She couldn’t deal with the problems in Egypt. She knows her potentials so she issued a passport, took an American Tourist visa and came here five years ago and never went back ever since. She is a very energetic and self determinant young woman, sweet like a piece of candy, always smiley, never say “ No” or “ I can’t” in her field of work. Mrmr is a university graduate. She was hired here in NY by a big Arabic store to cook Egyptian food for the singles, married and busy or married and lazy. Everyone goes on Saturday to buy the Egyptian grocery from that Arabic store and meet Mrmr. Every one brings the list of his 6 days favorite Egyptian food then comes on Sunday to take it from Mrmr. She is Arooba, knows everything. She has a genuine Egyptian smell in the food she cooks. She started working and living alone in a basement ( badroun) now she is richer and more famous than a Doctor. Mrmr is loved by all Egyptian singles here, men and women. There are a lot of single Egyptian women who live alone here, who had the same bad circumstances in Egypt, could not tolerate and decided to flee. The very unique thing about America is that if you could reach her hug and put your feet on her ground, she never push you away or let you down, never. The sad thing for us is that Mrmr finally got her Green Card and decided to spend the last 2 weeks on Ramadan in Egypt for the first time in 5 years. Who gonna cook for the poor singles like me those 2 weeks until Mrmr comes back?

Aida beach
Aida beach is the first breach in Montaza as you enter the East gate. It is a small private beach. It is done in a way that you got to miss it if you dont know it. It is hidden between big dense trees, it has no main gate, just a narrow tack between each two cabins. Each track is guarded by a security man 24x7. If you say about Marina that it is the beach of the upper upper social class of Egypt then Aida beach are owned and restricted to the top elite. Political elite and business elite. It is even more classy than the other private beach that occupies the middle zone of the Montazah gulf. I have a resourceful smart friend who entered us ( illegally) two times into Aida. Of course we located ourselves in a place where we won't be noticed. I saw unimaginable atmosphere. The beach has short palm trees all along so people sit under the trees. Nobody uses umbrellas. Pretty girls, mostly topless with their boy friends relaxing under the trees. Young women totally naked with face down for the sake to complete sunbath. Drinks are everywhere. It is a public atmosphere tht I never seen before. It was not crowded. Few cabins were only opened. I saw two of the celebrities there. Dr. .... Azmi and his family, and ....El Fiki and his family, separately. That was 15 years ago. Who knows who is there now maybe GM and AM both have cabins there. Remember its value is not in the luxory, they are all torn out old cabins since King Farouk. It is the people around you who make it what it is.
