I know most of you will object

When I was in Egypt I had a lot of close friends who are police officers in the investigation bureau. I use to visit them at work and I used to see real torturing of suspects more than what is seem in the clips posted by some Egyptian bloggers. I couldn't object because those are rules and procedures put by law in those specific situations. I always say that the suspect put himself in that situation buy not co-operating with the authorities. Here is a woman in USA, who put herself in that situation. She refused to cooperate with the officer and he had to do what he did. As a Doctor I am telling you that that woman was subjected to a massive twist in her shoulder,specially because she is fat. That trauma would cause her a severe sprain of the shoulder joint and maybe complete tears on many ligaments that might need surgery. This woman will definitely suffer from severe pain and total inability to use her arm for at least 4 months even with medical treatment. What would you say in that?
