the little girl is already wearing casual, with half sleeve t-shirt... she might have something in her face... she might be deformed, or have certain disease... and her mother is only trying not to attract attention to her....

I think trice before I post something, I dont need an advise in that. My assumption and objection became from blocking the vision of a child whose eyes still developing, by a black cloth. I dont see any nation who cover their faces with BLACK except the radical muslims
